The revitalization of this 1970s apartment balanced the preservation of history with adaptation to contemporary needs. Located in the Colombo Building, designed by Elgson Ribeiro Gomes, the property underwent a reconfiguration that maintained striking architectural elements while reorganizing the spaces for a more fluid daily life. The modernization respected the building's identity and brought an integrated layout in line with new ways of living. Projects like this show that revitalization is not just a trend, but a sustainable way of valuing architectural heritage and adapting spaces to current demands.
