ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND COORDINATION OF COMPLEMENTARY PROJECTS for the Arena da Floresta Training Center in Rio Branco - ACEThis project includes the inclusion of a training center for soccer athletes and the complementation of the Arena da Floresta.Considering that the land proposed for the implementation of the Training Center (CT) will share space with the Arena da Floresta, we sought an effective way of implementation that was not simply an isolated intervention in the same area, but a complement to the original landmark.The social impacts of developments of this size bring invaluable transformations to the region, which is why we created an urban park to make the transition between the large buildings and the street, generating visual cones that enhance the built space, rewarding the future with a park that will become a great respite for Rio Branco. ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT for a gym at Clube Atlético Paranaense in Curitiba - PRFor the revitalization of the gym and the integration of new beauty, aesthetic and treatment areas, our proposal takes special account of the integration of users, the operating conditions for the Club and for third parties who will take over the facilities. For the new gym at Clube Atlético Paranaense, we have designed a formal language that is closely linked to the vision and technology that the club develops and makes available to its athletes at its Training Center, which is an international benchmark. Throughout the details, we will give the character that defines the theme, that is, bringing the club's concern for the physical and mental preparation of its athletes to the gym.The proposal includes changing the floor of the gym in order to better adapt the space to the activity for which it is intended. This change makes it possible to accommodate all the uses described in the program by taking advantage of an area that we have incorporated into the floor and transformed into a large mezzanine. With the gym leaving the third floor, space is opened up for the excellent development of beauty and salon activities, as well as fast food, product stores for the three major operations and a lounge.
