Joinville Arena

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN of the Joinville Arena - SCA Joinville Arena was designed for 40,000 spectators, to be built in stages.The project was contracted by the Joinville City Hall.The Arena is the largest soccer stadium in Santa Catarina.Its first stage was inaugurated on September 25, 2004, for the match between Joinville and the Masters National Team.The second stage was inaugurated on July 26, 2007, for the match between Joinville and Atlético Paranaense. With this, the capacity, which was initially 15,000 people, was expanded to 22,400[1], and will be expanded again to 30,000 people.The final project foresees that the Arena will also have commercial stores, a food court, a parking lot and an adjoining public park.

Applying Volkswagen's new façade concept, we have designed its implementation to maximize visibility.This store only serves the point of sale. The mechanical workshop and bodywork services will be carried out at the main dealership.Land area - 1,920.00 m²Estimated construction area - 886.86m²

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN, COORDINATION AND COMPATIBILIZATION OF COMPLEMENTARY PROJECTS for a new HONDA dealership in São José dos Pinhais - PRAs growing sales of Honda cars led to the design of this point of sale on Avenida das Torres in São José dos Pinhais. The layout of the 560m² showroom, with a delta-shaped floor plan, allows visibility from both sides of the avenue. The 1,100m² bodyshop, with 20 boxes, will provide services for other Honda dealerships. The project should provide 250 parking spaces. Inaugurated on 17.02.2012Land area - 8,739.07 m²
