A temporary installation that is based on the installation of a 70x30m tent in plan (2,100m2), the circulations, sectorizations, and uses are organized around the perimeter of this tent. Inside, a stage will be set up to host national events, with dressing room services on the sides and sound and image equipment installations. The façade of the tent, with a height of fourteen meters, will be made up of PVC ducts fixed together and painted yellow. Modular scaffolding towers will be installed between the PVC pipes and the tent structure to fix the pipes and ensure their stability.
In front of Buenos Aires Street, the main access will be created with a marquee made of a concrete slab with innovative construction technology (Bubble-deck) supported by metal pillars modulated in accordance with the metal structure of the tent. The masonry ticket offices will be built next to the marquee, giving volumetric continuity to the parking lot exits.
On the sides of the tent, 4 sanitary containers and 4 bar containers with service on both sides will be installed. These containers will be connected to the Arena's sewage, water and energy networks. Outside, there will be areas for food trucks, tables and commercial stands. The CAP stand will be installed on the corner of Rua Brasílio Itiberê and Rua Buenos Aires, allowing members exclusive access to the complex, which will be characterized as a large metal soccer.
All the structures designed and installed in the Sector 9 space will be lightweight and can be removed quickly.
Even before the facilities were completed, the space was used for an event parallel to the UFC. The Workout took place four days before the main event, bringing together approximately 3,500 people.
