Architectural design, coordination and compatibility of complementary projects for the Club Athletico Paranaense Training Center in Curitiba - PR.
The project contracted by Club Athletico Paranaense began in 1998 and is expected to be completed in two stages. On an area of 246,577 m², the project includes 8 soccer pitches in accordance with FIFA recommendations, with irrigation from an artificial lake, hotel accommodation for 200 athletes, an industrial kitchen, a laundry, a sports medical center, a gym, swimming pools for physiological treatments, changing rooms and a large leisure area.
The construction of training centers with infrastructure aimed at improving athletes only became popular in Brazil in the 1990s.
Officially presented to the fans on June 26, 1999, two days after the inauguration of the Arena da Baixada, the Caju Training Center is located 15 kilometers from Curitiba.
After the completion of the extension in 2007, it became the most complete and modern training center in Latin America.
